This policy explains what Sultero LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the marketplace and to keep you informed.

We use a small number of cookies for essential functions, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences, and for analytics. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors reach us; it may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and signups) with Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@sultero.com.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@sultero.com; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
